Once you have booked your apartment, it is important to know the steps involved, most of the other real estate organizations would probably not talk about it, but we believe in transparency and clarity from the word go. So, here is what happens after you have booked the apartment:

- First thing that you would receive is a confirmation letter along with the receipt of the booking amount.

- Second set of documents that follow are the allotment letter and the agreements.

- The Agreement is in two copies. You will be signing both the copies and send them back to Ireo.

- You will receive your signed copy of the agreements.

- You will receive time to time updates on the construction and the payments due as they become due.
